I recently had the pleasure of indulging in Eggs Benedict at the Electric Lemon, and I must say, it was a culinary delight. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, with a runny yolk that oozed out as I took my first bite. The Canadian bacon was crispy and smoky, adding a nice texture contrast to the dish. And let’s not forget the hollandaise sauce - rich, creamy, and tangy, it tied the whole dish together beautifully. It’s a classic breakfast dish that never goes out of style, and the Electric Lemon does it justice.
