I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kyuramen - Union Square, and I must say that their signature Ramen Noodles did not disappoint! The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of firmness in the middle. The rich pork broth was packed with flavor, and the slices of braised pork added a nice depth to each bite. It’s clear why this dish is a fan favorite - it’s a masterclass in balance and harmony.

In addition to the amazing noodles, I also got to try Kyuramen’s Miso Soup. This was a revelation! The miso paste was expertly blended with dashi broth, creating a rich and savory flavor profile that complemented the other dishes perfectly. It’s clear that the chefs at Kyuramen know their stuff when it comes to traditional Japanese flavors.

As an appetizer, I opted for the Edamame - and boy am I glad I did! These boiled soybeans were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of salt and seasoning. The addition of sesame oil added a nice nutty flavor that elevated the dish from simple to sublime.
